Blake Robinson advises private owners and investors on the sale and acquisition of retail assets across Los Angeles, particularly the South Bay, Long Beach, and Harbor Cities. As part of Marcus & Millichap’s Ovaness-Rostamian Group (Century City), he specializes in multi-tenant retail, mixed-use, single-tenant, and net-leased properties, pairing on-the-ground market knowledge with a national buyer reach to drive competitive pricing and certainty of close.
Before brokerage, Blake served as a National Account Manager under the Rocket Mortgage umbrella, where he supported leading mortgage lenders with data-driven marketing and performance analytics. That background translates into disciplined underwriting, sharper positioning, and proactive lender engagement, helping clients anticipate financing hurdles and keep timelines on track.
