Dominic Mazzoni is a commercial real estate advisor specializing in retail properties throughout Sacramento and Northern California, with additional experience in net-leased assets nationwide. As a Sacramento native, Dominic brings a deep understanding of the region’s commercial landscape and uses that insight to help clients make informed, strategic decisions.

Dominic is known for being responsive, honest, and easy to work with. He prides himself on telling clients what they need to hear—not just what they hope to hear. His approach is built on integrity, transparency, and a commitment to helping people make smart moves based on real market conditions. He pairs that mindset with a strong work ethic—always putting in the time and effort to ensure his clients are ahead of the curve and well-positioned in every deal.

He works closely with property owners, developers, and investors to navigate complex deals, secure favorable terms, and build long-term relationships. His blend of market awareness, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the region.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Dominic earned his degree in Political Science from San Diego State University, where he developed strong skills in negotiation and analysis—tools he now uses daily in the investment world.
