Who We Are

Jeff Rowlett is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's Milwaukee office, specializing in retail investment sales, single-tenant investment properties and industrial investment sales. He advises private investors and property owners on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate throughout Wisconsin and nationwide.

With more than 23 years of commercial real estate experience and having joined Marcus & Millichap in 2003, Jeff has completed more than 400 transactions totaling more than $1.6 billion in sales. His expertise includes retail, single-tenant and industrial properties, where he helps clients evaluate opportunities, navigate changing market conditions and structure transactions that align with their investment objectives.

Jeff is known for taking a relationship-driven approach built on active listening, thoughtful negotiation and creative deal structuring. Combining deep market knowledge with financial fluency and clear communication, he focuses on understanding each client's unique goals, building long-term trust and delivering strategic guidance throughout every stage of the transaction.
