Who We Are

Scott Barrow is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Downtown office, specializing in medical office investment sales. He advises private investors and property owners on the acquisition and disposition of medical office properties across the West Coast.

Scott takes a relationship-driven approach to helping clients achieve their investment objectives through clear communication, responsiveness and a strong work ethic. He works closely with investors to navigate market opportunities, provide strategic guidance and support informed real estate decisions throughout the transaction process.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2021, Scott worked as an asset manager, overseeing more than 100,000 square feet of commercial real estate. During that time, he helped grow the portfolio's value to more than $200 million, giving him firsthand insight into asset performance, ownership strategies and long-term value creation. Originally from Menlo Park, California, he brings an owner-focused perspective to advising medical office investors throughout the West Coast.
