Who We Are

Jack Skidmore is an associate for the NGK Group, specializing in the sale of automotive net-lease assets. Jack attended Southern Methodist University and graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate. In college, he was the senior class representative of the SMU Folsom Real Estate Club, a Hilltop Scholar, and a Second Century Scholar.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Jack was a Summer Analyst at Greystone, a private debt multifamily firm. Here he successfully analyzed 35+ deals, managing over $200MM in loans and 3,000+ units. In addition, he completed a Corporate Banking Internship at Bank of Hope, where he served as lead analyst for $6.1B secondary market transaction to remodel terminals in the JFK airport. Jack leveraged his strong analytical and debt foundation to fast-track investment sales career by joining Marcus & Millichap.
