Mitchell Zurich, Senior Managing Director, is based in Marcus & Millichap’s founding Palo Alto office. With nearly two decades of experience, he is recognized as a premier investment broker in Silicon Valley and among the top multifamily brokers nationwide. He specializes in complex investment strategies, including 1031 tax-deferred exchanges, frequently guiding clients into larger apartment portfolios to achieve long-term wealth preservation. Mitchell has built an exceptional reputation within the brokerage community through a client-first approach, deep market knowledge, and a consistent record of superior results. His practice is centered on integrity, strategic exposure, and disciplined execution.
