Jonathan Zamora is a commercial real estate agent with Marcus & Millichap, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use investment properties throughout Northern New Jersey. Based in the firm’s New Jersey office, Zamora serves as Senior Director Investments and leads the Zamora Team within Marcus & Millichap’s Multi Housing Division. He focuses exclusively on the acquisition, disposition, and 1031 exchange of apartment buildings, mixed-use assets, and development sites across Northern New Jersey.

With a deep understanding of local market trends and access to an expansive network of qualified investors, Zamora has achieved a strong track record of closed transactions, including multiple record-setting sales. A graduate of Rutgers Business School with a Bachelor of Science degree, Zamora is a lifelong New Jersey resident and licensed real estate professional. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, outdoor sports, and spending time with family.
