Who We Are

Damien Andrew Yoder is a real estate investment advisor specializing in the disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant net leased investments throughout the Midwestern United States. He joined Marcus & Millichap in the summer of 2011 and brings a unique financial perspective to the investment brokerage business.

Damien's previous experience in accounting and finance allows him to provide his clients with a high-level of financial analysis and strategic real estate advisory services, such as Sale-Leasebacks, Portfolio Valuations and Tax-Deferred, 1031 Exchanges. He also has over ten years of experience in real estate property management and has invested in and developed multiple retail and medical office properties throughout the Midwest.

Mr. Yoder is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Urban Land Institute's Young Leader's Group (ULI), and the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA). Damien graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a degree in finance and real estate-finance. He currently lives and works in Carmel.
