Abdul began his real estate career after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from California State University, Northridge. Upon graduating, he joined Marcus & Millichap, where he committed his practice exclusively to apartment buildings and multifamily investment sales. His education, paired with hands-on market experience, allows him to deliver thoughtful, data-driven guidance to property owners navigating an increasingly complex market.

His expertise includes asset positioning, expense optimization, NOI growth, 1031 exchanges, and customized exit strategies. By combining detailed financial analysis with in-depth local market knowledge, Abdul ensures owners fully understand their options and can move forward with confidence.
