Kobe Gaskin is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap's Cleveland office, specializing in medical office investment sales. He advises healthcare property owners, medical practice owners and private investors on the acquisition and disposition of medical office properties, with a focus on helping clients maximize value through strategic planning and informed decision-making.

Gaskin provides clients with guidance on exit strategies, lease optimization and practice positioning to strengthen long-term investment outcomes. He has advised on more than $300 million in healthcare real estate transactions since joining Marcus & Millichap and has participated in more than $200 million in portfolio advisory assignments. This experience keeps him closely connected to market trends, buyer demand and valuation metrics, allowing him to deliver data-driven advice tailored to each client's objectives.

A graduate of Kent State University with a bachelor's degree in finance, Gaskin was recognized as the Cleveland office's Rookie of the Year in 2025. Originally from New Philadelphia, Ohio, he combines financial analysis with healthcare real estate expertise to help clients navigate complex transactions and make informed investment decisions.
