Who We Are

Chris joined Marcus and Millichap in 2012 and is a Director of the Healthcare Real Estate Group as well as the National Office and Industrial Properties Group. He has successfully completed transactions with developers, physician partnerships, healthcare systems, private investors, opportunity funds and real estate investment trusts. Examples of projects Chris has worked on are: sale-leasebacks, ambulatory surgery centers, veterinary, dental, dialysis, plasma, single tenant net-lease healthcare, endoscopy, optometry centers, multi-service medical office buildings, general office and industrial properties. Chris has sold over 115 properties in 25 states.
