Brian Bailey is a commercial real estate agent based in Marcus & Millichap’s Denver office. Specializing in single-tenant net-leased properties, he advises private investors, developers, franchisees, institutional REITs and property owners on acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leaseback transactions and 1031 exchange strategies nationwide. As a Managing Director Investments and Director of the Net Leased Properties Group, Bailey focuses on internet-resistant retail assets, including quick-service restaurants, gas stations, car dealerships, automotive repair facilities, car washes and collision centers.

With more than a decade of commercial real estate experience and a tenure at Marcus & Millichap dating to 2015, Bailey has been involved in the sale of more than 400 properties totaling nearly $1 billion in transaction volume. His experience includes large multi-property portfolio sales ranging from $2 million to more than $60 million. He is known for helping clients navigate critical decision points involving pricing, transaction structuring, negotiations, and certainty of close.

Bailey works closely with investors and property owners to align investment strategies with financial objectives, delivering market insight and execution throughout the transaction process. His client-focused approach has earned consistent repeat business and recognition as a top-performing investment specialist within the firm.

His professional achievements include multiple Marcus & Millichap Sales Recognition Awards from 2017 through 2025, induction into the firm’s Sales Recognition Program (SIA) in 2021 and the National Achievement Award in 2019 and 2021. Bailey was also named DMCAR’s Top Young Broker in 2017, recognized by the Denver Business Journal and honored with Metropolitan State University of Denver’s “10 Under 10” award for outstanding professional achievement. A native of Golden, Colorado, earned his degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
