Who We Are

Robert Smith is an Associate with the Badgett Team at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in multifamily investment sales in Louisville and the surrounding markets. He works closely with property owners to provide valuation insight, market intelligence, and tailored strategies to help them achieve their investment goals. Robert earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Louisville and is currently an Executive MBA candidate at Bellarmine University.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Robert spent a decade in the military as a helicopter pilot serving in the 82nd Airborne Division and the United States Military Academy at West Point. Robert continues to serve his community in the Kentucky National Guard. A Louisville native, Robert enjoys playing golf and cheering on his Alma Mater with his two sons. His local roots, personal investment in the region, and demonstrated track record of integrity and duty reflect the value he brings to investors in the multifamily space.
