Who We Are

Ian Habbestad is an Associate specializing in multifamily real estate in Los Angeles with a focus on West Hollywood, Melrose, Beverly Grove, and Fairfax. Ian brings a robust background of experience in asset management and multifamily acquisitions, which he leverages to assist his clients. His attention to detail and ability to communicate the factors influencing value are pivotal in helping his clients navigate complex transactions.

Work Experience: Before joining the Azzi Group, Ian gained valuable experience as a property management intern at Equity Residential. He then joined Allmark Properties, a multifamily private equity real estate firm, as an Acquisitions/Asset Management Consultant. Ian honed his skills in identifying profitable investment opportunities and operating a real estate portfolio. Additionally, Ian founded Habb Brands LLC as a college student, successfully selling consumer products on Ecommerce platforms. This entrepreneurial venture provided him with a deep understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.

Education: Ian is a proud graduate of Claremont McKenna College where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Psychology. As a student-athlete, Ian played on the men's varsity tennis team, which consistently ranked in the top three in NCAA Division III and reached the NCAA Division III semifinals.

Personal Interest: Outside of his professional life, Ian enjoys reading books on real estate and personal development, traveling, staying active through gym workouts and yoga, and spending time outdoors. He is a lifelong supporter of the Lakers and Raiders. Ian also enjoys participating in pickleball leagues to stay connected to his athletic roots.
