Who We Are

Rachel Riseden is a multi-tenant retail specialist in the firm’s Jacksonville office. As a retail agent she exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout the north and central Florida areas. Rachel is originally from North Florida, allowing her to bring valuable market knowledge to clients. As a member of the TC Retail Group, Rachel works directly under Tarek Chbeir, the top-performing agent in the Orlando office for 2024. Rachel is committed to fostering long-term relationships and providing exceptional service to help ensure clients reach their goals.

Rachel graduated with a Bachelor’s in Real Estate as well as an MBA specializing in Real Estate from Florida State University. While at FSU she was an active member of the Real Estate Society, Best Buddies, and the MBA Academic Committee. Also, during her time at FSU she joined ICSC and continues to be an active member.
