Scott Plasky is a Senior Managing Director with Marcus & Millichap in Manhattan, specializing in retail investment properties across the Metro New York market. Since joining the firm in 2007, Plasky has closed over 250+ retail transactions totaling over $1 billion in value, establishing himself as a trusted advisor to private investors, institutions, and 1031 exchange buyers seeking retail assets in New York City and surrounding boroughs.

With 18 years of experience in commercial real estate, Plasky is known for his strategic, results-driven approach to retail dealmaking. He brings a high level of execution to every assignment, strategically marketing listings while consistently prioritizing his clients’ best interests.

Originally from Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Plasky earned a degree in finance from New York University, where he also played on the men’s basketball team. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, he was a principal of Velocity Sports Performance, a Manhattan-based athletic training company that served over 5,000 athletes, including more than 200 NFL players.
