Who We Are

Chase Friedman is an Investment Sales Associate with Marcus & Millichap's top-producing New York City retail team, specializing in the sale of retail properties throughout Manhattan. He advises private investors, developers, lenders, and institutional owners on the acquisition and disposition of retail assets, with a particular expertise in retail condominiums.

Chase combines institutional-quality financial analysis with an aggressive, results-driven marketing approach to maximize value for his clients. Leveraging extensive market intelligence, proprietary buyer relationships, and a deep understanding of Manhattan's retail landscape, he develops tailored strategies that consistently generate competitive interest and successful outcomes.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap's retail division, Chase developed a strong foundation underwriting and marketing multifamily and mixed-use investment properties throughout New York City. His analytical background, paired with an entrepreneurial approach to business development, allows him to identify opportunities and guide clients through complex transactions with confidence.

A Long Island native, Chase earned a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing hockey, golf, and tennis, and is a lifelong supporter of the New York Rangers.
