Chase Friedman is an investment professional with Marcus & Millichap’s top-producing New York City retail team, focusing on the sale of retail assets throughout Manhattan. Chase brings a rigorous background in underwriting and marketing complex multifamily and mixed-use properties across New York City, providing his clients with a data-driven perspective on the local investment landscape.

A Long Island native, Chase earned a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Outside of his professional life, he is an active hockey player, golfer, and tennis enthusiast, and a lifelong supporter of the New York Rangers.
