John Catanzarite is an associate and proud member of Marcus & Millichap, specializing in net lease assets.
John joined the Patel Yozwiak Group in early 2025, bringing energy, focus, and a strong business foundation to the team. A former student-athlete on the Men’s Golf team at Ohio Wesleyan University, John earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration before launching his career in commercial real estate.
John focuses on the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant net leased investment properties nationwide. His work also includes advising clients on sale-leaseback transactions, 1031 exchanges, portfolio sales, capital markets solutions through Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC), and strategic market positioning and exit planning through Broker Opinion of Value (BOV) services.
With experience across 600+ transactions totaling $1.4 billion in volume throughout 36 states, the Patel Yozwiak Group brings a results-driven approach to every deal, helping clients unlock value and achieve their long-term investment goals.
