Who We Are

Luka Leader is an multifamily investment specialist focused on apartment properties across Los Angeles’ Westside submarkets, including Santa Monica, Venice, and West LA. As a licensed commercial real estate agent with Marcus & Millichap, Luka works alongside one of the firm’s top-performing teams, leveraging their proven marketing systems and transactional experience to deliver exceptional results for his clients.

Luka began his career at Marcus & Millichap’s Encino office after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California in 2021. With a background in accounting, he brings a strong analytical foundation to his work, meticulously underwriting and evaluating investment properties to help clients make informed, data-driven decisions.

Known for his hands-on and detail-oriented approach, Luka is involved in every stage of a transaction, from property valuation and marketing to buyer qualification, contract negotiation, and closing. His ability to combine financial precision with a personal, client-first mindset has earned him a growing reputation as a trusted advisor among multifamily owners and investors throughout Los Angeles.

Outside of real estate, Luka is an avid snowboarder and basketball enthusiast who brings the same discipline and competitive drive from the court and slopes into his professional practice.
