Filip Niculete is one of Southern California’s top commercial real estate brokers. He is a Senior Managing Director at Marcus & Millichap and co-founder of the LA Apartment Advisors (LAAA Team) — one of the region’s most active brokerage teams specializing in multifamily sales and land for multifamily development.

Born in Romania and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Filip studied Finance at San Diego State University and began his career at Marcus & Millichap in 2011. Since then, he has built a reputation for execution, integrity, and relentless work ethic. To date, Filip and the LAAA Team have closed over $1.4 billion in transactions and consistently lead the market in inventory.
