Blake Lewitt is a multifamily specialist with the LAAA Team at Marcus & Millichap. He specializes in apartment properties throughout the San Fernando Valley. He focuses on advising owners and investors on acquisitions and dispositions, with an emphasis on delivering data-driven insights and tailored strategies to help clients achieve their investment objectives. Blake is a graduate of the University of Oregon and previously worked at Coleman Research, an expert network firm, where he developed a strong foundation in market research, financial analysis, and client advisory.
