Who We Are

Andreas Makris joined The Bledsoe Self Storage Group of Marcus & Millichap in December 2022 as an Investment Associate. Based out of the Philadelphia office, he serves the Mid-Atlantic region and specializes in self-storage commercial real estate.

Andreas comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and restaurateurs. He currently owns and operates a self-storage facility in Souderton, PA, and is the founder of a tech startup. With a 15-year career in the hospitality industry, Andreas is committed to exceeding customer expectations and creating a positive culture that aims to deliver flawless service every time.

Since purchasing his first facility in March 2017, Andreas' passion for the self-storage industry has flourished, naturally transitioning into self-storage brokerage. His extensive knowledge in self-storage operations and management allows him to provide a wide array of advisory services tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

Outside of work, Andreas enjoys spending quality time with his family, cooking Greek, Italian, and Middle Eastern cuisines, and mentoring professionals and business owners to achieve their career goals.
