Who We Are

Eymon Binesh is an accomplished Senior Managing Director working out of Marcus & Millichap's San Francisco office. He has built a reputation as a market leader in the Bay Area, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily properties.

Eymon began his career in July 2018 out of the founding Palo Alto office, and quickly established himself as a top performer, closing $100,000,000 in investment sales during his first year and setting the record for the highest-producing rookie in the 55-year history of the firm's Palo Alto office. This outstanding achievement earned him the recognition of Marcus & Millichap's National Rookie of the Year in 2019 out of more than 80 offices nationwide and in Canada.

At the age of 26, Eymon became one of the youngest First Vice Presidents in the company's history. By 29, he was among the youngest to reach Senior Vice President. In 2026, at 30 years old, he is one of the youngest ever nominated to Senior Managing Director. He has successfully brokered over $700,000,000 in commercial real estate transactions since January 2019.

Eymon holds a Master's Degree in Finance and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Oregon. Eymon lives in Noe Valley with his wife, Grace, and their golden retriever, Rosie.
