James H. Bell is a Senior Vice President/Investments and Director of the National Retail Group with Marcus & Millichap's Houston office. Marcus & Millichap currently has more than 80 offices with over 1,900 sales associates nationwide.

Mr. Bell is a 30-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and focuses on the sale of single-tenant and multi-tenant retail properties. His total personal sales at Marcus & Millichap are over $800 Million, and Mr. Bell was selected by the Houston Business Journal as one of Houston’s Heavy Hitters.

Mr. Bell's private clients consist of KM Realty, Vista Companies, MetroNational, Mac Haik Enterprises, Hunt Properties, Finger Companies, Lasco, Davis Equity, Dilworth Group of Companies, Priske Development, Hunt Development, and Caldwell Companies. His Institutional Clients include Thor Equities, Weingarten Realty, Kimco, and Kite Realty.
