Who We Are

Rick Romano specializes in the sales and acquisitions of multifamily and mixed-use apartment buildings throughout San Francisco. A native San Franciscan with deep Italian roots, Rick brings a strong understanding of the city’s neighborhoods, tenant base, and overall investment landscape. His local knowledge, combined with a disciplined and analytical approach to underwriting, allows him to add value to his clients across all aspects of the transaction process, including marketing, negotiating, and financial analysis.

Rick works out of Marcus & Millichap’s San Francisco office alongside his partner, Gino Franco, where the team has built a strong presence in one of the most competitive real estate markets in the country. Known for his attention to detail and responsiveness, Rick takes a straightforward approach in helping clients navigate complex decisions and achieve strong investment outcomes.

Rick attended Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory in San Francisco before earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College of California in Moraga.

Outside of work, Rick enjoys golf, fitness, and attending live performances.
