Sammy Keehn is a commercial real estate agent with Marcus & Millichap specializing in retail investment properties across South Florida. Based in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office, Sammy advises clients on the acquisition and disposition of shopping centers, strip centers, and net lease assets, with a focus on long-term relationship building and value-driven strategies.

Sammy brings a relationship-first approach and strong analytical insight to each transaction. He works closely with private investors, owners, and 1031 exchange buyers to identify retail opportunities aligned with their investment goals throughout the Florida market.

A native of West Hempstead, New York, Sammy earned his degree from Rutgers University and is dedicated to helping clients navigate the evolving retail landscape in South Florida.
