Before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2013, he spent 10 years as a commercial real estate appraiser in Silicon Valley, gaining invaluable experience in valuing diverse property types. His understanding of the development cycle, from raw land to stabilized assets, allows him to provide comprehensive analysis and strategic guidance. Josh’s proficiency in evaluating redevelopment and repositioning opportunities enables his clients to make well-informed decisions.
