Who We Are

Alex Scinta graduated from Colorado University at Boulder with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Environmental Design (Sustainable Architecture) with a minor in Spanish. Throughout his studies at CU Boulder he held a passion for real estate and enrolled in real estate courses during his years in college.

Alex has become an expert at Marcus & Millichap in a range of real estate practices which include multifamily investments and 1031 exchange options. Alex worked alongside Stephen Soqui who has been with Marcus & Millichap for 37 years. After winning rookie of the year his first year in the South Bay office, Alex has continued to receive sales recognition awards and launched the Scinta Group in 2026. Alex resides in Santa Monica and in his free time enjoys traveling, snowboarding, surfing, and dirt biking.
