Lori Schneider is an Executive Managing Director of Investments, the highest designation at Marcus & Millichap. She also serves as Executive Managing Director of the National Retail Division and the Net Leased Division, specializing in the sale of single-tenant net-lease properties and shopping centers across the United States.

With over 25 years at Marcus & Millichap, Ms. Schneider has built a reputation as one of the firm’s top investment specialists. She began her career as the national Rookie of the Year and has consistently ranked among the company’s highest-producing agents. She exclusively listed and closed the largest retail transaction in the firm's history.

Ms. Schneider is an ICSC ambassador and has held numerous leadership roles, including chairing conferences for the organization. She serves on the Advisory Board for the University of Florida School of Real Estate and has also been a board member for the Florida State University Real Estate Center. Additionally, she successfully completed the KPMG Real Estate Board Readiness Program. A sought-after speaker at industry events, Ms. Schneider is recognized as an authority on market conditions. She is frequently consulted in her field and has been quoted in numerous professional publications.
