John Rzepniewski serves in the Investments division at Marcus & Millichap, specializing in retail and redevelopment assets across the beach cities of Orange County. He works closely with local property owners, offering strategic guidance tailored to their objectives and long-term goals. Recognized for his determination and professionalism, John excels at navigating complex transactions and consistently delivers reliable, results-driven solutions.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap, John was mentored by the Vice President of Newport Capital Partners, an employee-owned retail investment manager and operator based in Chicago, Illinois. The experience and insight gained during this mentorship helped shape his expertise in retail assets and ultimately guided his transition to Marcus & Millichap, where he now works alongside his Senior Partner, Parham Khoshbakhtian.
