Who We Are

Wyatt Andreu is an Associate at Marcus & Millichap who specializes in the acquisition and disposition of Truck Stops and Convenience stores. Wyatt began his commercial real estate career during high school with his first internship back in 2018. He then went on to attend Texas Tech University, located near the Permian Basin, sparking his interest in the oil and gas sector.

Combining his knowledge of both industries, Wyatt joined the Luna-Thakor Group where he is able to offer tailored solutions to various client types. He is committed to being a reliable resource to all principles, whether it's providing a business-related service or valuable information.

While pursuing his education at Texas Tech University in Economics and Business, Wyatt also became a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity, where he was able to make lifelong connections and friends. Outside of real estate, Wyatt's hobbies consist of watching sports, saltwater fishing, and spending time with his family and pets.
