Scott D. Geller is a seasoned commercial real estate agent with Marcus & Millichap, specializing in industrial and medical office properties across New Jersey and nationally. As director of investments for The Geller Group, he advises high-net-worth individuals, family offices, private equity firms, and institutional investors on the acquisition, disposition, and capital structuring of complex commercial assets.

With over 20 years of executive and entrepreneurial leadership, Geller offers deep expertise in industrial real estate, including distribution centers, cold storage, rail-served facilities, and fiber-lit warehouses, as well as healthcare assets such as life sciences and ambulatory surgical centers. His background in joint venture structuring, financial analysis, and contract negotiation is complemented by a practical, detail-oriented approach to asset valuation, investment marketing, and client proposals.

Geller previously held C-suite positions in the foodservice distribution sector, where he managed multi-state operations and USDA-certified production facilities. This operational experience gives him a distinct advantage in evaluating industrial investments from both the ownership and user perspectives. He holds a degree in accountancy from The George Washington University and is a former Vistage member, reflecting his long-standing commitment to leadership, market expertise, and results-driven strategies.
