Who We Are

Julia has been an Investment Sales Advisor since 2015 with Marcus & Millichap. She quickly built a business across the Midwest, specializing in Industrial and Office income-producing properties. Since joining the firm, Julia has been awarded Rookie of the Year (2016), multiple National Sales Awards (2020-23), promoted to Director of NOIPG (2020), and has worked her way to First Vice President Investments (2021). In the past seven years, she has sourced, advised, and underwritten more than 420 properties. Julia has closed more than 110 investment properties across the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic, and coast to coast, including California and New York, for a valuation of over $365 Million.

Julia executes for her clients, delivering extraordinary results and earning loyalty and repeat business from them. Julia is a closer. 92% of the properties she has exclusively listed have closed with a list-to-sales price ratio of 98%.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Julia worked for 11 years as a Marketing Manager for Walmart Stores and Florsheim Shoe Company and in real estate sales with Century 21 for an additional 8 years. Julia serves as an IndyCREW Board Director. She has also served in various leadership roles throughout the Indianapolis community, including serving on boards of local, regional, and national real estate organizations. Julia enjoys spending time with her family, music, boating, travel, and animals, especially her pets.
