Who We Are

Kyle joined Marcus & Millichap in 2005 and is located in the Chicago Downtown office. He specializes in multifamily and mixed-use property investments and serves as a Senior Director of the National Multi Housing Group and a Director of the Net Leased Properties Group. Kyle was promoted to Associate Vice President Investments in January 2013, was inducted as a Vice President Investments in July 2013, was elected as a First Vice President Investments in 2016 and has most recently been promoted to Senior Vice President Investments in 2017.

Kyle has ranked among the Top 30 multifamily agents company wide for the past two years. He has earned a Chairman’s Club award, five consecutive National Achievement Awards and five consecutive Sales Recognition Awards. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Kyle earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Miami University of Ohio.

Kyle and his wife have three children. In his free time, Kyle enjoys golf, water sports, fishing, snow skiing, watching football and hockey, and spending time with family and friends.
