Sam Ferguson is an investment associate with RPH Multifamily Group, specializing in communities throughout Southwest Florida including Charlotte, Collier, Lee, Manatee, and Sarasota counties. Sam is a seasoned agent and investor, having purchased, renovated, and sold more than $1,000,000 worth of real estate during his time in college.

• Sam grew up traveling to St. Pete Beach with his family every year for vacation and still enjoys visiting on the weekends. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, he lived in Washington, DC and worked for Congressman French Hill who served on the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services and its Subcommittee on Investor Protection, Entrepreneurship, and Capital Markets. During his free time, Sam enjoys biking, playing pickleball, snowboarding, or spending time on the lake.
