Who We Are

Evan Miller is currently a multifamily specialist out of the Minneapolis office, alongside Chris Collins, another senior agent within our five-agent team. Evan received a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Property Management from University of Wisconsin-Stout and began to gain first-hand experience out of college with both commercial real estate brokerage and property management internships before kicking off his career with Marcus & Millichap as an agent in 2013.

Mr. Miller focuses on supporting predominantly private capital clients by providing expertise and market knowledge to help improve the asset’s current value and ultimately maximizing the client’s sale proceeds. Covering markets with his team throughout the entire State of Minnesota, western Wisconsin, Iowa, and North/South Dakota. Across five states and nearly 70 cities, has sold or currently selling over 150 properties. Evan received the Sales Recognition Award in 2019, 2021, & 2022, earned the Largest Deal Award in 2021, and in 2023 was inducted as an SIA member within the Company; currently holding the title of First Vice President Investments.
