Price consults with clients on investing and divesting multi-family property across the Carolinas and Georgia. With team members in Charleston, Charlotte, Raleigh, Greenville, and Greensboro, his team has closed over $700 Million in Real Estate transactions across 216 sales.

Focusing on the A/B/C Market Rate, Student Housing and LIHTC Communities, along with undeveloped land and manufactured housing across the Southeast. He collaborates with MMCC, Marcus & Millichap's subsidiary capital corporation, helping clients to get the competitive lending they need. Price's mission is to understand and align himself with his Clients' real estate investing goals, performing property analyses and developing marketing strategies to provide the upmost value.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Price has worked with property managers in Charleston for multi-family assets as well as invested in his own entrepreneurial ventures. He comes from a family who has been in Real Estate, Development, and Finance for over 50 years in Shreveport Louisiana. Graduating from the College of Charleston with a Bachelors in Commercial Real Estate Finance. Price enjoys spending his free time Surfing, Skiing, Fly-Fishing, and Amateur Boxing.
