Who We Are

Jesse Limon is a commercial real estate broker with Marcus & Millichap, specializing in high street retail and net lease properties throughout the United States. Based in the firm’s Manhattan office, Limon focuses on national shopping centers, single-tenant net-leased assets, and 1031 exchange opportunities, with particular expertise in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2009 as part of the Indianapolis office, Limon has closed more than 80 transactions totaling over 2.5 million square feet and exceeding $400 million in total sales. In 2013, he transitioned to the firm’s Manhattan office, expanding his focus to include high street retail in the New York City Metropolitan Area and advisory services for 1031 exchange clients. He was promoted to Senior Associate in 2015 in recognition of his performance and client-focused approach.

Limon earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with an emphasis on economics from Indiana University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Marcus & Millichap’s National Retail Group. Outside the office, he enjoys martial arts and community engagement, having co-founded the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Club and served in student leadership roles during his time at Indiana University.
