Who We Are

Ruthanne is a Broker with the Brown Retail Group and also acts as the team’s Escrow Manager. She is responsible for all aspects of the brokerage continuum including client relations, underwriting, due diligence organization, written marketing reports, transaction management, and escrow/title coordination.

Ruthanne has been involved in real estate through her family since birth and has always been passionate about it. She decided to make her passion into a career after working for several years as an Aerospace Design Engineer and yoga teacher and has never looked back. She graduated from University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering. In her free time, Ruthanne enjoys traveling, scuba diving, practicing yoga, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
