Who We Are

Will is a first vice president in Marcus & Millichap’s Cleveland office. Will specializes exclusively in the disposition of apartment properties throughout Cleveland, Columbus, Erie, Pittsburgh, Buffalo, and Rochester, including single assets, and larger multi-state portfolios. He joined the firm in 2015 and is a partner of the Barron | Burkons | Wintermute Group. They have closed more than 950 transactions, including 91,500 units and more than $6.1 Billion total volume.

By consistently putting clients' best interests first from both a strategy and execution standpoint, Will and his team have garnered recognition as having top market share across the entire firm. Over the last decade, Will has developed a strong reputation for his ability to accurately assess value, identify market trends, and develop tailored investment strategies that maximize value and deliver results for his clients.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Will graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Denison University in Granville, Ohio and currently lives in Chagrin Falls.
