Will is a Multifamily Housing Specialist in the firm's Cleveland office. As a First Vice President of Investments, Will exclusively represents buyers and sellers of multifamily properties throughout Northeast Ohio. Will is partnered with the Multifamily Housing Group of Michael Barron, Daniel Burkons, and Joshua Wintermute of Marcus & Millichap . Their team, The Barron | Burkons | Wintermute Group specializes in the sale of multifamily investment properties throughout the Midwest with a focus on Cleveland, Columbus, and Pittsburgh. He and his team have sold over 88,600 units across 15 states totaling over $5.73 Billion.

Will is a Director of the National Multi Housing Group. He graduated from Denison University with a Bachelor's of Arts in History and a minor in Spanish.
