Charlie is a Senior Vice President Investments specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets in the firm's Cleveland Office. Charlie has partnered with the Barron | Burkons | Wintermute Group of Marcus & Millichap. He and his team have sold over 88,860+ units across 15 states totaling $5.73 Billion.

By taking an advisory approach, Charlie and his team consistently put their clients' best interests first from both a strategy and execution standpoint. This approach has garnered him and his team recognition as having among the top market share across the entire firm.

Charlie is a Director of the National Multi Housing Group. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago in 2015 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics and Psychology. Outside of real estate, he serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Arc of Greater Cleveland assisting those with intellectual and developmental disabilities and is a member of the Northern Ohio Italian American Foundation (NOIA).
