Who We Are

Lucas Mitchell is an industrial and commercial real estate professional with Marcus & Millichap, where he was named 2025 Rookie of the Year for the Encino Business Unit — recognition of the outstanding market performance he has built since joining the firm in early 2024.

A lifelong resident of Los Angeles County, Lucas pairs that local knowledge with the analytical training he developed at the USC Marshall School of Business, where he graduated with honors in 2022. His background in finance and market analysis informs how he underwrites deals and advises clients on positioning.

At Marcus & Millichap, Lucas works alongside Marty Agnew and Ryan Rothstein-Serling, whose combined transaction volume exceeds $900 million. Working under their mentorship has given him direct exposure to complex deal structures, institutional client relationships, and the strategic thinking behind high-value industrial transactions.

His specialization in industrial product aligns with sustained demand for logistics and manufacturing space across the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles. Whether sourcing warehouse space for an owner-user or advising investors on industrial acquisitions, Lucas focuses on outcomes: accurate pricing, thorough market intelligence, and transactions that close.

Outside of work, Lucas stays engaged with the community he grew up in, participating in local events and initiatives across Los Angeles County.
