UNIVERSITY CITY, MISSOURI, April 25, 2024 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of 716 Westgate Ave., a 3-unit apartment property located in University City, Missouri, according to Dave Saverin, regional manager of the firm’s St. Louis office. The asset sold for $1,225,000.

The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Alec Coronado, Alex Perez, and Chris Garavaglia of the Perez-Garavaglia Group in Marcus & Millichap’s St. Louis office.
