Zach Taylor and Philip Levy, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Atlanta and Dallas offices had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer, a private investor.
Tifton Shopping Center is located at 1898 W US Highway 82, situated in a dense retail corridor with approximately 17,800 vehicles per day and hosting numerous national tenants in the immediate area. The fully occupied center is shadow anchored by Rent-A-Car, Lowe’s Home Improvement, and Walmart Supercenter and comprises nine tenants offering a mix of national and local establishments, including Little Caesar’s, Sally Beauty, and Cricket Wireless.
