CYPRESS, TEXAS, February 6, 2024 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Former CVS, a 14,605 SF net-leased property located in Cypress, Texas, according to Ford Noe, Vice President and Regional Manager of the firm’s Houston office.
James H. Bell, Senior Vice President Investments and Watt Harrison, First Vice President Investments in Marcus & Millichap’s Houston office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.

Former CVS is located at 16155 Spring Cypress Road in Cypress, Texas. The property was a 16,000 vacant building at the corner of Barker Cypress and Spring Cypress built in 2002.
