The asset sold for $6,000,000.

The Rice Fergus HQ building procured multiple qualified buyers and sold for the highest price per square foot ever recorded in Kitsap County, for an office property over 15,000 square feet. The property sold to a local 1031 tax deferred exchange buyer.
