Biran Patel

Biran Patel is a senior vice president and Marcus & Millichap’s National Hospitality Director. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s hospitality division, which focuses exclusively on providing investment and advisory services for hospitality, lodging, resort, marina, and golf properties. As a second-generation hotelier, he has been in the hospitality industry throughout his whole life, learning the business from the ground up while working at his family’s hotels. He has been an officer of AAHOA since 2017 and was Chairman from 2020-2021. Biran earned a B.S. in finance from the University of Texas.
