My investment real estate career with Marcus & Millichap began in 1981. Since then I've represented buyers and sellers of $620 Million in closed escrows on apartment complexes, office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial properties, self storage facilities, mobile home parks, and mixed use properties. Nearly 50% of my clients have possessed real estate licenses, yet choose to use my services to best represent their interests.

I've specialized in income property sales for the last 30 years. As the market has changed, so have I. In nearly every transaction in my career, the client has either lived or owned in Marin, Sonoma or Napa counties.

My wife of 25-years, Lisa, and I live in San Rafael, California and have two sons. Blake is an employed 23-year old recent graduate of Loyola Marymount College in Los Angeles, California. Chase is a 21-year old senior at The University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon.
