Shaun Riney

As a top 3 ranking broker at Marcus & Millichap NYC for the last decade, Shaun Riney has closed over 900 buildings since starting in 2009 with a selling value of nearly $4 Billion Dollars specializing in commercial land and multifamily in the NYC metro region. He has facilitated a wide range of assignments in those asset classes and is known for his acute understanding of the nuances of NYC investment property. He serves on several investment committees on behalf of high valued clients and has transitioned hundreds of owners into NNN leases. He is an active member of Greenpeace, UNESCO, operation underground railroad, and the Polaris Project, both organizations preventing human trafficking worldwide.

His passions outside of real estate include traveling, scuba-diving, cycling, mountain biking, and spending meaningful time with friends and family. He regularly competes in Triathlons and is a dedicated mountain hiker and has spent considerable time climbing in the Pyrenees Mountain Range of Southwest Europe, the Tramuntana Mountains of Mallorca, The Nā Pali Coast of Hawaii, the Adirondacks, White Mountains of New Hampshire, the Catskills, and the Japanese Alps. He is a sports enthusiast, an avid soccer player and Captain of the Brooklyn Football Club (BKFC).

Riney is a graduate of Boston University and currently resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
