Tyler Theobald advises and counsels Marcus & Millichap’s executive management team and over 2,000 investment sales and capital markets professionals nationwide. Theobald also litigates for Marcus & Millichap.
A member of the firm’s in-house legal team since 2014, Theobald was promoted to vice president in 2017; in 2018, he was promoted to deputy general counsel. In 2019, he was promoted to first vice president and general counsel.
